The window is 60 days from the date of purchase and it covers opened bottles. Return postage is the buyer’s. Processing takes three to five business days once the parcel is received, and the card takes a further five to ten.

Two addresses appear on this website and only one of them is attached to a payment system. A refund begins with the desk that can see the transaction, which is the telephone number, not the address these pages are written from.
Get the return authorisation, and the address to use, in writing
Warehouses are entitled to turn away a parcel nobody told them to expect, and one turned away at the door is a refund that has not started. Wait for the reference.
Write your name, your email and the order ID on a sheet inside the box
A carton arriving with bottles and nothing else is a carton nobody can match to a purchase. Thirty seconds with a pen is the cheapest insurance in this whole process.
Send it tracked, and pay for that yourself
Postage back is the buyer's, as it is with nearly every guarantee in this category. What the tracking number buys is proof of arrival, which is the one thing worth having if the refund goes quiet.
Then two waits, in sequence
Three to five business days for the desk to process the return once it lands, and five to ten more before your bank shows it. A desk saying it is done and a balance that has not moved are both true at the same time.

Returns go to the returns address, and only after a return authorisation has been issued. The office address is a correspondence address.
Inside the box, on a sheet of paper: full name, the email the order was placed with, and the order ID. A parcel that arrives with none of those cannot be matched to an order, and an unmatched parcel is the commonest reason a refund stalls for weeks.
Post it with tracking. The cost is the buyer’s and it is worth paying, because a tracking number is the only proof that a parcel arrived and it is the first thing the desk will ask for if a refund goes quiet.

Two separate waits, and the second one is not something the seller can speed up.
That second wait surprises people and it is worth setting expectations about. Once a refund is issued, the money moves through the card network on the card network’s schedule. A desk that says a refund has been processed is telling the truth even when a balance has not changed yet.

What is not covered by the MemoHoney refund policy
- Orders placed anywhere other than through this desk. The 60 days attach to an order the seller can see.
- Return postage. That is the buyer’s, and tracking is strongly advised.
- Parcels posted without a return authorisation, which can be refused on arrival.
- The five digital guides, which are already downloaded and are not deducted from a refund either.
- Anything outside the sixty days. The window runs from the date of purchase, which is why writing it on the cap is worth thirty seconds.
