GuidesMemory supplement guides from the MemoHoney desk
Two guides about the category rather than about the bottle.
The first explains how a memory supplement is supposed to work, which claims are worth anything, and what the large trials in this field have actually found. The second is a checklist for choosing one, with this desk’s own product scored against it in public.
Neither page sells anything. They exist because a reader who understands the category makes a better decision than one who has read only a sales page.
The two guides
Memory supplement guide
How this category works, what the ingredient families are, how to read an evidence claim, and what the three-year trials found. About 2,000 words.
Choosing a memory supplement
Eight questions to ask of any bottle, a scoring sheet, and this desk’s own product marked against it including the rows where it loses points.
Both are written from the same reference set as the rest of this website, with the dose each trial used printed beside it. Neither mentions a price.
Why a retailer publishes guides with nothing to sell
The straightforward answer is that this desk sells one product and the category contains hundreds. A reader who leaves knowing how to read a Supplement Facts panel is better off, and a desk that taught them that is easier to trust the next time it says something.
The less comfortable answer is that this particular product does badly on part of the checklist in the second guide, and publishing the checklist anyway is the only version of it worth publishing. A scoring sheet that the house product wins is a sales page in a different font.
